Mulberry leaf tea is rich in flavonoids, amino acids, and various vitamins. Drinking it daily can help clear heat and moisturize dryness, alleviating dry mouth and throat caused by autumn dryness. Its natural active ingredients can also help regulate the body’s metabolism. When paired with a light diet, it can help maintain a healthy weight. It is a mild and nourishing tea suitable for drinking all year round.
To make mulberry leaf tea, select fresh, tender, organic mulberry leaves that are free of insect damage. Wash them thoroughly and place them in a well-ventilated area to air-dry until they are partially translucent. Then, place them in a non-stick pan and stir-fry over low heat until the leaves emit a subtle, fragrant aroma and their color darkens. Finally, cool them completely and store them in an airtight container. When brewing, take 3–5 grams of dried leaves and steep them in hot water at approximately 80°C for 3 minutes. Enjoy the tea’s sweet and refreshing aftertaste.
