1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer.
In such cases, you will be notified via email.
2. Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers in China and the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Asia: 7–14 business days
- Other regions: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to become available.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier.
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct and secure.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, due to the perishable nature of tea products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unopened and unused, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide return instructions and shipping address.
Please do not return items without prior authorization.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the product was damaged or sent in error.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

9. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
